Our personalized fitness approach engages you through multiple areas of support: fitness, nutrition and behaviors. You will work one-on-one with a coach who develops a long-term program based on your individual goals and comprehensive assessment. This is Personalized Fitness For You!

Training Model
The OPT Model is a fitness training system developed by NASM. The OPT Model is based on scientific evidence and principles that progress individuals through five training phases: Stabilization Endurance, Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy, Maximal Strength and Power.
Building a strong foundation is the key to wellness. Each phase is a planned, systematic, and periodized training program. The OPT model simultaneously improves all physiological and body composition benefits so you don't have to compromise quality of life as you age.
How It Works
What to Expect
We are here for you and with you...every step of the way. We work with all types of clients, at different stages of their fitness journey, from beginner to advanced. During our initial strategy session we will outline your goals, assess your current fitness level, experience, access to equipment, and schedule and we will design a program just for you. We will be your coach and your teacher because your success is our success.

What is Remote Coaching
We utilize the TrueCoach platform for program delivery and communication with you. All workouts include detailed instruction of the exercises and movements, reps, and sets related to your program as well as sample videos. The app allows interactive dialog to record progress, ask questions and provide feedback on the days workout. Workouts are progressed and revised by your coach based on your bio-feedback and adaptation cycle which is approximately every four weeks.



About Me
My story is not too different from many of you. I struggled to balance work, life and raising a family and I found myself in a position where my weight and overall health was less than ideal. I've faced many of the same challenges you face in my health and wellness journey. I think that experience and understanding is what makes me a good coach. I am just like the clients I work with. Everyone needs some kind of support, someone to talk to and lean on and learn from. My goal is to take everything I’ve learned and help others on their own wellness journey.
